Refund Policy

At vDryclean, we strive to provide high-quality dry cleaning and laundry services with utmost care and professionalism. However, due to the nature of fabric treatment and cleaning processes, certain limitations and conditions apply. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Nature & Cleaning Results
Dry cleaning and laundry services depend heavily on fabric type, material quality, age of the garment, and nature of stains. While we use industry-standard processes and premium chemicals, we do not guarantee 100% stain removal. Some stains, discoloration, or damage may be permanent due to prior wear, fabric sensitivity, or improper previous treatments. No refunds or claims will be entertained for such cases.

2. Pre-existing Damage & Responsibility
Customers are requested to check their items before handing them over for cleaning. vDryclean is not responsible for any pre-existing damages including but not limited to color fading, fabric weakness, shrinkage, tears, missing embellishments, or loose stitching. Any such issues identified post-service will not be considered as caused by us.

3. Missing Items & Claims
In the rare event of a missing item, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered. If verified, compensation (if applicable) will be processed as per company evaluation, and not necessarily equal to the original value of the item.

4. Odor & Chemical Smell
After cleaning, a mild chemical odor may remain temporarily due to the dry cleaning process. This is normal and typically fades within a few hours when the item is aired at room temperature. This will not be considered a valid reason for refund or complaint.

5. Multiple Cleaning Cycles
Some heavily stained or soiled items may require multiple cleaning cycles to achieve better results. Customers are advised that additional processing may be required and results may still vary.

6. Order Pickup & Storage Policy
Customers must collect their orders within 7 days of completion or delivery attempt. If the order is not collected within this period, vDryclean reserves the right to donate, dispose, or otherwise manage the items without any further liability. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

7. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in cases where services were not delivered at all due to operational failure from our end. Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction related to cleaning results, delays caused by external factors, or customer negligence.

8. Delay & Service Time
While we aim to deliver within promised timelines, delays may occur due to high workload, weather conditions, or unforeseen operational issues. Such delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

9. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information and ensure proper packaging of items during pickup. Any incorrect details or miscommunication leading to service issues will not be the responsibility of vDryclean.

10. Final Decision
All disputes are subject to internal review, and the final decision will rest with vDryclean management.
