Refund policy
At vDryclean, customer satisfaction and garment care are our top priorities. Due to the nature of professional dry cleaning and laundry services, all services once completed are considered final; however, we are committed to resolving any genuine concerns in a fair and transparent manner. Customers are requested to inspect their items at the time of delivery. If there are any issues such as missed stains, damage, or dissatisfaction with the cleaning quality, the same must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process claims.
In case of a valid concern, vDryclean will first offer a complimentary re-cleaning of the garment. Refunds are only considered if the issue cannot be resolved through reprocessing. Any compensation or refund, if approved, will be limited to a maximum of 5 times the service charge of the affected item and not the actual value of the garment, as per standard industry practices.
Please note that vDryclean is not responsible for damage caused due to pre-existing conditions such as weak fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage, or embellishments that are not stable during the cleaning process. Items without proper care labels or those handed over with special instructions will be processed at the customer’s risk.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or via store credit, depending on the situation. By using our services, customers agree to abide by the terms mentioned in this policy.
