Welcome to vDryclean. By accessing or using our services, including garment cleaning, laundry, pickup and delivery, and any related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your relationship with vDryclean and outline the conditions under which services are provided. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

vDryclean provides professional dry cleaning and laundry services with a focus on quality and care. While we take utmost precautions in handling every garment, customers are responsible for ensuring that all items handed over are suitable for dry cleaning or washing. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any special care instructions, delicate fabrics, or prior damage. Items without proper care labels or those requiring special handling will be processed at the customer’s risk. vDryclean shall not be held liable for damage caused due to inherent defects, color bleeding, shrinkage, or normal wear and tear.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for items that are heavily soiled, contaminated, or deemed unsafe for processing. Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience and may vary due to operational or external factors. While we strive to meet all promised timelines, delays may occur, and vDryclean will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from such delays.

Customers are required to check their garments at the time of delivery. Any complaints regarding service quality, damage, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond this timeframe, vDryclean reserves the right to decline such claims. In the event of a valid claim, our liability shall be limited to a maximum of five times the service charge of the affected item and not the actual value of the garment, as per standard industry practices.

Pricing for services is determined based on garment type, fabric, and treatment required. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for stain removal, express service, special treatments, or handling of delicate items. Payment must be made in full upon order completion unless otherwise agreed. vDryclean reserves the right to withhold delivery of garments until payment is received.

Customers agree to provide accurate contact and address details to ensure smooth service. vDryclean shall not be responsible for failed pickups or deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. In cases where garments are not collected within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to charge storage fees or, after due notice, dispose of unclaimed items as per applicable practices.

vDryclean respects customer privacy and handles personal information responsibly. Information collected is used solely for service fulfillment, communication, and improving customer experience. We do not sell or misuse customer data; however, we may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
