Welcome to vDryclean. By using our services, placing an order, or accessing our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with vDryclean, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms mentioned herein. These terms apply to all services provided by vDryclean.

2. Nature of Service
vDryclean provides laundry and dry cleaning services which are subject to fabric type, garment condition, and stain nature. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee complete stain removal or restoration of garments to original condition.

3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for checking garments before handing them over. This includes verifying pockets, removing valuables, and identifying pre-existing damages such as tears, color fading, or missing embellishments. vDryclean will not be liable for any such issues identified after processing.

4. Pricing & Charges
All services are subject to applicable pricing based on garment type, fabric, and service selected. Prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for special treatments or heavily soiled items.

5. Pickup & Delivery
Free pickup and delivery are available within a limited service radius (approximately 6–7 km) subject to minimum order value. For locations beyond this range, additional charges or revised minimum order value may apply.

Customers must ensure availability at the scheduled time for pickup and delivery. Delays or rescheduling due to customer unavailability may affect delivery timelines.

6. Processing Time
Service timelines are approximate and may vary depending on garment condition, workload, or external factors such as weather or operational constraints. Delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

7. Stain Removal & Cleaning Results
While we use professional cleaning techniques, we do not guarantee 100% stain removal. Some stains may be permanent due to fabric sensitivity, age, or previous treatments. No claims will be entertained for such cases.

8. Damage Disclaimer
vDryclean is not responsible for damage resulting from weak fabric, prior wear and tear, color bleeding, shrinkage, or hidden defects. Certain garments may react unpredictably during cleaning despite careful handling.

9. Missing Items & Claims
Customers must report any missing items within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be considered. Compensation, if applicable, will be determined at the sole discretion of vDryclean and will not necessarily reflect the original value of the item.

10. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once the cleaning process has started, cancellation will not be allowed.

11. Order Storage & Unclaimed Items
Customers must collect their orders within 7 days of completion. Orders not collected within this period may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise managed without any refund or liability.

12. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in cases where services were not delivered due to operational failure from our end. No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction related to cleaning results, delays, or customer negligence.

13. Rider Safety & Accessibility
For safety reasons, our delivery partners are not required to access upper floors (such as 2nd floor and above) in locations without proper security or surveillance. Customers are requested to coordinate at a safe and accessible location. vDryclean will not be responsible for any delays or service limitations arising from restricted or unsafe access.

14. Refusal of Service
vDryclean reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, non-compliance with policies, or items deemed unsuitable for processing.

15. Limitation of Liability
vDryclean shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, will be limited to the value determined internally based on the service provided.

16. Policy Updates
vDryclean reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
