Shipping policy

At vDryclean, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable pickup and delivery experience to ensure maximum convenience for our customers. Once an order is placed through our platform or via direct communication, our team schedules a pickup based on the selected time slot and service availability in your area. Customers are requested to ensure that garments are properly packed and ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays. In case of any changes, rescheduling requests should be made in advance to ensure smooth coordination. While we strive to adhere to all pickup schedules, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather disruptions, or operational constraints may occasionally cause delays, and vDryclean shall not be held liable for such delays.

During pickup, all items are counted and tagged for identification and processing. However, the final count and inspection are carried out at our facility, and any discrepancies, special treatments, or additional charges (such as stain removal or delicate handling) will be communicated to the customer before processing. By handing over the garments, the customer confirms that all pockets have been checked and emptied. vDryclean shall not be responsible for any valuables, cash, or personal items left inside garments.

Our standard processing and delivery timeline typically ranges between 24 to 72 hours, depending on the type of service selected, garment condition, and treatment required. Express or priority services may be available at an additional charge. Delivery schedules are communicated once processing is complete, and customers are expected to be available to receive their orders. In case of failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability, additional delivery charges or rescheduling fees may apply.

vDryclean ensures that all garments are handled with utmost care using professional cleaning methods and quality control procedures. Despite our best efforts, slight variations in finishing, minor shrinkage, or color changes may occur depending on fabric type and garment condition, which are considered normal industry outcomes. We make every effort to return garments in excellent condition, neatly packed and ready for use.

Customers are advised to inspect their garments at the time of delivery. Any concerns related to missing items, damage, or service quality must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised beyond this timeframe may not be entertained. In case of a verified issue, vDryclean will follow its standard resolution process, which may include re-cleaning or compensation as per our policies.

In situations where garments remain unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts or are not collected within a reasonable time frame, vDryclean reserves the right to apply storage charges. If items remain uncollected for an extended period despite repeated notifications, we may proceed with disposal in accordance with standard practices, without further liability.
